A visitor types a message into the widget → the message plus conversation history is sent to an n8n webhook → a system prompt grounds the AI in the business's real services, pricing, and portfolio (with strict rules against inventing facts) → Groq (Llama 3.3) generates a reply in 1-3 seconds → the widget shows it and logs the conversation to Telegram for follow-up. The same base flow adapts to WhatsApp-based booking and order taking for local businesses.
